About Me 

Briaina Latrice is a captivating TEDx speaker and the founder of Life After Infidelity. She is a Certified Coach and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling with a minor in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.

With more than 15 years of experience coaching and consulting at the corporate level and over 12 years of experience creating and facilitating transformational workshops, Briaina brings both clinical insight and practical strategy to every space she enters. Her areas of expertise include ADA regulations in post-secondary environments, promoting equity in community colleges, intercultural competence, and cultivating authentic connections, among others.

She currently serves as an advisor for Title IX and the Campus Assessment Response and Evaluation (CARE) Team, where she has helped design and implement effective training materials educating faculty on their rights and responsibilities related to ADA compliance in higher education.

Beyond higher education and corporate leadership, Briaina has created and facilitated impactful workshops for organizations such as Black Women Healing Retreats, Journey of a Young Lady, and The Unveiling: True Stories of Hope, Healing, and Facing the Stigma of Mental Health.

When she is not facilitating groundbreaking workshops, Briaina lends her voice and personal story to numerous talk shows and podcasts. Notable collaborations include Where’s My Blueprint Podcast, The Well-Dressed Brand TV, The Good Life Show, and Her Sexual Space Podcast.

She is also the author of Healing the Heart from Infidelity: A 49-Day Devotional, a powerful guide created to walk women through the deeply personal and transformative journey of healing after betrayal.etrayal.

  • I was voted most wittiest of my Highschool class.

  • I have had braces twice….YEA. I know!

  • I burned the motor in my first car (I didn’t know cars needed oil). LOL!

  • I’m the only child. No I’m not spoiled.. (Insert Side Eye).

  • If I could move any place in the U.S. it would be Boston Massachusetts, but I don’t like cold weather LOL!
