The holidays feel different after betrayal.
You don’t have to face them alone.
When infidelity ends a relationship, the holidays can bring changed traditions, difficult family moments, unexpected reminders, and quiet days that feel especially lonely.
A little room to begin again.
There is room for your real experience.
Each holiday can bring something different. You do not need to feel cheerful on command, and you do not need to perform happiness for others.
The gathering feels complicated.
You want to connect without questions or pressure about the relationship.
Old traditions feel unfamiliar.
A song, photo, or family ritual may bring back the future you expected.
Sharing the holidays with children is hard.
Plans may be different, and the quiet hours may be especially tender.
You look fine, but still need support.
Being capable on the outside does not erase the need for care and connection.
Small choices. More room for you.
Explore a moment that is on your mind. Each one comes with a place to begin.
When everyone has a question
Before a gathering, choose what you are comfortable sharing and who can support you.
When the familiar feels unfamiliar
Choose one tradition to keep, one to change, and one to pause.
When the quiet arrives afterward
Choose one anchor for the day: a walk, a meal, or a supportive call.
A circle to connect. A place to practice.
Make space for feelings
Notice what comes up during the season, without needing to explain or justify every emotion.
Practice clear boundaries
Try words that help you navigate questions, traditions, and other people’s expectations.
Build your holiday plan
Choose small, manageable next steps and meaningful connections for the weeks ahead.

There is no need to decide everything today.
Do I have to have ended the relationship?
Yes. This particular circle is designed for women whose relationships ended because of infidelity and who are not seeking reconciliation.
Is this faith-based?
No. The holiday circle is not a faith-based support group. Personal faith perspectives may arise naturally in conversation.
Do I need my camera on?
Yes. Participants are expected to be on camera throughout the live virtual sessions. Contact the facilitator in advance if you have an accessibility concern or need to discuss exceptions.
Are the sessions therapy?
No. This is a facilitated, nonclinical support experience. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services.
Is what I say private?
The group will set privacy expectations and prohibit recording or sharing other members’ stories, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a peer group.
What if I need urgent help?
This website and the assessment are not monitored for emergencies. In the U.S., visit 988 Lifeline or National Domestic Violence Hotline. Call 911 for immediate danger.
