My story did not end with the betrayal.
I know what it feels like to lose the future you thought you were building.
Before Life After Infidelity became a place for women to find support, it began with my own experience of trying to find my way forward.
This is part of the story behind why I created it.
Finding myself after everything changed.
I experienced firsthand how deeply infidelity can affect the way you see yourself, your relationship, and your future.
After my own experience with infidelity, I struggled with depression, anger, shame, resentment, guilt, low self-esteem, and hair loss.
It was a difficult season of my life. The list of challenges seemed endless, and rebuilding my sense of clarity and confidence did not happen overnight.
It took me five years to reach a place where I felt ready to walk away from that chapter for good.
Even after leaving, I experienced the changing emotions that can follow the end of a relationship.
Some days, I felt unstoppable and free. Other days, I felt overwhelmed by grief, anger, or self-doubt.
Through that experience, I came to understand the value of having people who could listen without judgment and allow me to be honest about where I was.
That experience became an important part of why I wanted to create something meaningful for other women.
I wanted other women to have a place to turn.
I created Life After Infidelity because I remembered what it felt like to need support while trying to make sense of what had happened.
I wanted to create spaces where women could speak honestly, reconnect with their own voice, and explore their next steps without feeling judged or rushed.
My personal experiences shape my compassion for this work, while my education, coaching background, and facilitation experience inform how I approach it.
Life After Infidelity is not about telling you what your story should become.
It is about making room for reflection, connection, meaningful personal choices, and the possibility of what comes next.
